Ben Wilcox is the founder and principal of Invested Talents Inc. Mr. Wilcox is a capable professional with demonstrated effectiveness in many roles including senior analyst/developer, architect, and subject matter expert for Oracle DB and Java J2EE technologies. Mr. Wilcox is a productive team player and a rapid learner, often growing within a project to support critical business areas. His range of experience includes all aspects of the software lifecycle as well as project management responsibilities including project planning, schedule development and earned value analysis. Mr. Wilcox also has DBA and middle-tier experience, performance tuning, network analysis, and is familiar with Microsoft and Unix operating systems. Mr. Wilcox's most recent professional certification was as a Program Management Profesional (PMP) in May of 2008. In the past, Mr. Wilcox has been a Microsoft Certified Professional and an Oracle Certified Professional. His most recent professional recognition was in September 2008 as recipient of the Consultant of the Quarter from Centuria Corporation in recognition of his contributions to the I-Web program at the US Forest Service.
